华星钢铁厂项目拟规划落地于新莱昂州蒙特雷市，由华星新材料科技有限公司投资建设。钢铁厂炼钢能力按50万吨规划，规划占地50公顷，包括炼钢车间、轧钢车间、全厂公辅（制氧站、生产新水及消防水站、110kv变电站、循环水站）、办公大楼、生活中心等。项目预计投资 2.1 亿美元，直接创造约 1000 个就业岗位，可为地区基础设施建设和区域经济繁荣发展做出贡献。

The Huaxing Steel Plant project is planned to be located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and invested by Huaxing New Materials Technology Co. The steelmaking capacity of the plant is planned to be 500,000 tons, covering an area of 50 hectares, including a steelmaking workshop, a rolling workshop, the plant's public utilities (oxygen plant, production of new water and fire-fighting water station, 110kv substation, circulating water station), office buildings, living centers, etc. The project is expected to invest US$184 million and directly create about 1,000 jobs in the region.
